Fund manager biography

David joined InfraRed in 2015 and is part of the Portfolio Management team for HICL Infrastructure PLC. He is responsible for managing and optimising fund activities, overseeing the portfolio of investments, portfolio valuation, transaction structuring, as well as financial and investor reporting. Before joining InfraRed, David advised clients on PPP projects at Clubfinance and previously managed the financial operations of several PFI projects at Bouygues UK. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and holds an MBA from the Leicester School of Management.
