Investment objective
The objective of the Fund is to provide capital and income growth through diversified investment in European, Australian and Far Eastern equities and fixed interest securities. There may be occasions when the Fund also holds collective investment schemes, warrants, derivative instruments, cash and money market instruments. In order to reduce risk by diversification, the Fund will generally maintain an exposure to all major markets included in the relevant benchmark. The Fund may use derivatives and forward transactions for hedging purposes but may, on giving shareholders 60 days’ notice, use derivatives and forward transactions for investment purposes, which may make the portfolio composition of the Fund highly volatile.

Jeffery (Jeff) Silk is a Vice Chairman and Co-Chief Investment Officer of Fisher Investments. Jeff oversees all portfolio management functions across a wide range of investment strategies at the firm. Jeff joined the firm in 1983 as one of the firm’s first employees. Prior to his current role, Jeff was President and Chief Operating Officer. He has also served as Director of Trading and Operations, where he was instrumental in developing the firm’s first portfolio management, research and trading technologies. Jeff received his undergraduate degree from the University of San Francisco.

Ken Fisher founded Fisher Investments in 1979, which as of 6/30/2025 is a $332-plus billion investment adviser and money management firm serving large institutions and high net worth individuals globally. He was CEO for 37 years and now serves as Executive Chairman and Co-Chief Investment Officer.
Ken’s prestigious Forbes “Portfolio Strategy” column ran monthly for 32 1/2 years until 12/31/2016, making Ken the longest continuously running columnist in the magazine’s history.

Ken was named a 2025 inductee of the Texas Business Hall of Fame. He ranked #86 on the 2024 Forbes 400 list of Richest Americans and #224 on the 2025 list of Global Billionaires. He and his wife, Sherrilyn, have three adult sons and live in Dallas, TX.
