Invesco Global Focus Fund (UK) (Acc)

The Fund aims to achieve long-term (5 years plus) capital growth. The Fund invests at least 80% of its assets in shares or other equity related securities of companies globally where such companies have (i) company founders and/or (ii) individuals with material share ownership who are represented on the company management team or on the board of directors. The Fund typically holds a concentrated portfolio of 30-40 stocks. In pursuing the Fund’s investment objective, the fund manager may consider it appropriate to also invest in other transferable securities, money-market instruments, collective investment schemes (including funds managed by the Invesco group), deposits and cash.
