Investment objective

To achieve its investment objective the Company invests predominantly in UK smaller companies with securities admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, with flexibility to invest in small cap stocks outside of the Benchmark index and will be able to invest up to 15 per cent. of the Company's gross assets, at the time of acquisition, in global small cap stocks which are listed overseas and which do not have a primary or secondary UK listing. The Company may also invest in securities which are listed overseas but have a secondary UK quotation.
