BlackRock UK Fund A Inc

The aim of the Fund is to provide a return on investor's investment (generated through an increase in the value of the assets held by the Fund) (gross of fees) over the long term (5 or more consecutive years beginning at the point of investment) by investing in the shares of larger companies incorporated or listed in the UK. In seeking to achieve its investment objective, the Fund will invest at least 70% of its total assets in the equities (i.e. shares) or equity-related investments (i.e. other investments whose value is related to equities) of larger companies (e.g. the top 350- 400 companies by market capitalisation) (market capitalisation is the share price of the company multiplied by the number of shares issued) incorporated or listed in the UK.
