BC Omega Holdco to sell around 30m shares in TI Fluid Systems in placing

(Sharecast News) - Peel Hunt said on Tuesday that BC Omega Holdco plans to sell around 30m shares in TI Fluid Systems in a placing to institutional investors. BC Omega currently holds just over 191m shares, which represents a stake of around 37.3%.

The placing price per share will be determined by way of an accelerated bookbuilding process, which has already begun.

Peel Hunt is the sole global co-ordinator and bookrunner on the placing.
