Director dealings: CLS deputy chair linked to £1.8m buy, Experian non-execs invest

(Sharecast News) - CLS Holdings was at the top of the list of FTSE 350 director buys on Thursday, after a £1.8m purchase was linked to its deputy chairman. The firm said Creative Value Investment VII bought one million shares in a single transaction on the London Stock Exchange on 16 May.

It paid 133.75p for each share, valuing the transaction at a total of £1,337,503.00.

CLS said Creative Value Investment VII is an investment vehicle of the Sten and Karin Morstedt Family & Charity Trust, and is considered closely associated with its non-executive director and deputy chairman Anna Seeley.

Elsewhere, Experian disclosed two purchases made on both sides of the Atlantic made by non-executive directors.

It said Alison Brittain and her spouse bought 5,000 shares in a single transaction on the London Stock Exchange on 18 May.

Brittain paid 2,794.7p for each share, valuing the investment at a total of £139,734.80.

Louise Pentland, meanwhile, picked up 2,800 of Experian's American depositary receipts (ADRs) in an over-the-counter transaction on 17 May.

Pentland bought the ADRs for $34.2925 apiece, giving the purchase a value of $96,019.00.

At 1431 BST, shares in Experian were up 1.54% at 2,777p, while those in CLS Holdings were down 0.99% at 132.67p.
