Director dealings: Personal Group CFO makes share sale

(Sharecast News) - Personal Group revealed on Thursday that chief financial officer Sarah Mace had disposed of 3,410 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed workforce benefits and services provider. Mace, who joined Personal Group in January 2014, sold the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 157.50p each, for a total value of £5,370.75.

Following the transaction, Mace holds a total of 16,357 ordinary Personal Group shares, representing 0.052% of the company's issued ordinary share capital.

As of 1610 BST, Personal Group shares were down 0.63% at 156.50p.
