Unit trusts and Open-Ended Investment Company (OEIC) sub-funds
Fidelity unit trusts and Open-Ended Investment Company (OEIC) sub-funds are offered and managed by FIL Investment Services (UK) Limited, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. The Fidelity Cash Fund is a UK authorised unit trust managed by FIL Investment Services (UK) Limited, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. The yield will fluctuate with changes in interest rates.
Fidelity Institutional Funds (OEIC)
Fidelity Institutional Funds is an open-ended investment company with variable capital incorporated in England and Wales under number IC000003 and authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. The Company is an umbrella company comprising various funds each of which is operated as a distinct fund, with its own portfolio of investments. All the funds are constituted as securities funds.
The Company qualifies as an undertaking for collective investment in transferable securities (a UCITS) and has obtained recognition under the EC Council Directive 85/611 for marketing in certain member states of the European Economic area.
The UK Distributor of Fidelity Institutional Funds (OEIC) is FIL Investments International, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
The life funds available are part of the long-term insurance business of FIL Life Insurance Limited (FIL Life) and Fil Life Insurance (Ireland) Limited (Fil Life (Ireland) (together the Life Companies). Contributions may be allocated to funds of the Life Companies. Through these funds, the Life Companies invest in underlying Fidelity unit trusts and Open-Ended Investment Company (OEIC) sub-funds and SICAVs (each of these products explained within this section). The Life Companies may also invest into funds managed by non-Fidelity fund managers or be reinsured by non-Fidelity life insurance companies. The name of the non-Fidelity insurance company or fund manager will normally be shown in the name of the life fund of the appropriate Life Company. In relation to Fil Life only, the Cash Pension Fund invests in the Fidelity Cash Fund, a UK authorised unit trust. The yield will fluctuate with changes in interest rates.
Fidelity Funds (SICAV)
Fidelity Funds (SICAV) is an Open-Ended Investment Company established in Luxembourg with different classes of shares ('funds'). The UK distributor of Fidelity Funds is FIL Pensions Management, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Fidelity Funds is recognised under Section 264 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and investors should note that holding of shares in the funds will not be covered by the provisions of the UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
The value of shares may rise or fall due to changes in the rate of exchange of the currency in which the funds are invested, if the investment is made in a currency other than the shareholder's own. Due to the lack of liquidity in many smaller stock markets, certain Country Select Funds may be volatile and redemption rights may be restricted in extreme circumstances.

Complaints submitted to the platform will be dealt with by approved alternative dispute resolution providers, which in our case would be the Financial Ombudsman Service. The platform will facilitate resolution of the complaint rather than actually resolving them.
