Director dealings: Young's, Aminex disclose non-exec transactions

(Sharecast News) - Young's Brewery and Aminex were among the companies disclosing director dealings on Wednesday. On the list of director buys, Young's reported that Steve Cooke, an independent non-executive director, had acquired 10,000 A shares in the company.

The purchase was made at a price of 980p per share.

Meanwhile, Aminex announced that Thomas Mackay, a non-executive director, exercised an option to acquire 5,000,000 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 0.86p apiece on 18 June.

Subsequently, Mackay sold 3,873,959 of those shares for 1.5147p each, to cover the costs associated with exercising the options and the resulting tax liabilities.

Post-transaction, Mackay's beneficial ownership stood at 2,654,988 shares in Aminex.

At the close on Wednesday, shares in Young & Co.'s Brewery were down 2.23% at 966p, while those in Aminex were up 0.32% at 1.58p.
