Director dealings: S4 Capital insider raises stake via personal investment vehicle

(Sharecast News) - S4 Capital revealed on Friday that Oro en Fools, a PCA of chief revenue and AI officer Wesley ter Haar, had acquired 1.0m ordinary shares in the digital advertising and marketing firm. Oro en Fools, which made the transactions over the course of a week, purchased the shares at an average price of 22.07p, for a total value of £220,727.93

Oro en Fools is indirectly owned in equal parts by Wesley ter Haar and Victor Knaap, each holding a 50% stake.

As of 1540 BST, S4 Capital shares were up 12.3% at 24.65p.
