Director dealings: Netscientific director ups stake

(Sharecast News) - Netscientifc revealed on Friday that executive director Ed Hooper had acquired 20,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed life sciences VC group. Hooper, who made the transaction via his self-invested personal pension, snapped up the shares on Thursday at an average price of 67.80p each, for a total value of £13,560.

Following the transaction, Hooper holds a beneficial interest in 109,000 ordinary Netscientifc shares, representing approximately 0.46% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1610 BST, Netscientifc shares were up 0.62% at 68.42p.
