Director dealings: MP Evans CEO sells shares

(Sharecast News) - MP Evans revealed on Friday that chief executive Matthew Coulson had disposed of 8,450 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed palm oil producer. Coulson, who sold the stock in order to fund tax and National Insurance liabilities resulting from the exercise of options, offloaded the shares on Thursday at an average price of 1,238.50p each, for a total value of £104,653.25.

Following the transaction, Coulson holds a beneficial interest in 52,800 MP Evans shares, representing approximately 0.10% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1545 GMT, MP Evans shares were up 0.38% at 1,315p.
