Director dealings: Greatland Gold director lowers stake

(Sharecast News) - Greatland Gold revealed on Wednesday that non-executive director Alexander Borrelli had disposed of 526,880 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed gold and copper miner. Borrelli, who was appointed to the board of Greatland Gold in April 2016, sold the shares at an average price of 700.03p each, for a total value of £3.68m.

Following the transaction, Borrelli holds a beneficial interest in 1.24m ordinary Greatland shares.

As of 1445 BST, Greatland shares were down 2.41% at 586.50p.
