Director dealings: Flutter Entertainment, Power Metal insiders disclose trades

(Sharecast News) - Two companies disclosing director dealings on Tuesday included Flutter Entertainment and Power Metal Resources. At Power Metal Resources, chief executive officer Sean Wade acquired 503,800 shares in three separate trades at prices ranging from 12.0p to 12.925p.

Non-executive director Edmund Shaw meanwhile purchased 200,000 shares at prices between 12.15p and 12.91p.

Following the transactions, Wade's holding rose to 1.44 million shares, or 1.25% of the company's issued capital, while Shaw now held 950,000 shares, or 0.82%.

At Flutter Entertainment, CEO Peter Jackson and chief financial officer Rob Coldrake each vested restricted share units under the company's deferred share incentive plan on 9 May.

Jackson sold 1,659 shares for £184.00 each on 12 May, while Coldrake sold 129 shares at the same price.

The RSU awards were settled at nil cost, and vested outside a trading venue.

At 1422 BST, shares in Flutter Entertainment were down 1.71% at 18,105p, while those in Power Metal Resources were flat at 13p.
