Director dealings: Everplay chairman raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Everplay revealed on Tuesday that non-executive chairman Frank Sagnier had acquired 33,200 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed video games developer. Sagnier, who joined the board of Everplay in January 2024, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 301p each, for a total value of £99,932.

Following the transaction, Sagnier holds a beneficial interest in 141,200 ordinary Everplay shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the company's existing share capital.

As of 1535 GMT, Everplay shares were up 1.33% at 305p.
