Director dealings: DSW Capital CEO makes share purchase

(Sharecast News) - DSW Capital revealed on Thursday that chief executive James Dow had acquired 25,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed professional services firm. Dow, who co-founded the firm back in 2002, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 52.50p each, for a total value of £13,125.00.

Following the transaction, Dow holds a beneficial interest in 3.57m ordinary DSW shares, representing roughly 16.29% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1555 BST, DSW shares were down 0.75% at 53.10p.
