Tuesday preview: Global PMIs, Powell in focus
(Sharecast News) - Investors' focus on Tuesday will be on a raft of purchasing managers' surveys from around the world covering activity in the manufacturing and services sectors, including in the UK and US. In the UK those will come out at 1030 BST.
Also on home shores, at 1130 BST the Treasury will sell 30-year Gilt.
Across the Atlantic, US Federal Reserve chairman, Jerome Powell, will deliver a speech at 1900 BST.
