Ten Lifestyle Group wins new multi-year contract

(Sharecast News) - AIM-listed customer loyalty platform group Ten Lifestyle has bagged a new multi-year contract with an existing banking client to launch a new digital customer experience programme. The unnamed client, which already works with Ten for its concierge services to private banking customers, has contracted Ten to launch a new CX programme to around one million of its premium clients across Europe.

Ten said the contract is initially expected to be a 'medium' contract, which equates to an annual value paid of between £0.25m and £2m, though there are opportunities to expand the new fully digital programme into other global markets.

The new contract will launch early on in the second half of Ten's financial year, which began on 1 September.

Ten shares were up 2.1% at 73.24p by 0905 GMT.
