International Public Partnerships names Sarah Whitney as chair designate

(Sharecast News) - Infrastructure investment firm International Public Partnerships said on Monday that it has tapped Sarah Whitney to take over from Mike Gerrard as chair following the conclusion of its annual general meeting in 2026. Whitney, who will join INPP as non-executive director and chair designate on 24 November, will work closely with Gerrard and the board to ensure a smooth transition.

She currently serves as a non-executive director at Bellway and as chair of JP Morgan Global Growth & Income's audit committee.

Gerrard said: "I and my fellow directors are delighted to welcome Sarah to the board of INPP. Her experience in the governance of infrastructure, investment companies and business more generally, complements and strengthens that of the board.

She is the ideal person to lead the board in the next phase of the company's continued strong track record of infrastructure investment performance."
