Digitalbox FY EBITDA now seen ahead of internal expectations

(Sharecast News) - Digital media business Digtalbox said on Tuesday that it now expects FY24 revenues to be at least £3.5m, while underlying earnings were also seen ahead of management's expectations. Digitalbox said its outperformance comes as trading across its six brands was stronger than internal expectations during H2 - traditionally the company's biggest trading period.

The AIM-listed firm added that audience volumes were strong and there has been an "early encouraging performance" from its latest website launch, Emmerdale Insider.

Digitalbox will announce its FY24 results in March 2025.

As of 1055 GMT, Digitalbox shares had surged 17.65% to 5.0p.
