Our investment transfer service makes it easy for you to bring everything together. Just tell us where your other ISAs and funds are and we'll contact the companies on your behalf. All you have to do is check, sign and return the forms to us and we'll take care of the rest. Before you apply please read the Moving Your Investment Guide.

  • your investment funds

What you need:

  • the names of the providers with whom you currently hold your ISAs
  • your account numbers
  • your National Insurance number

How long does it take?

To apply it only takes a few minutes to fill out the form, and once you’ve submitted your application we’ll take care of the rest.

Currently, completion times can be between 4-6 weeks but could be considerably longer as the transfer is reliant on prompt action by other providers whose time frames can be variable. Please note that once the transfer begins you are unable to switch, top up or sell your funds until the process is complete. We will send you a confirmation letter once everything is done.

Please remember the value of tax savings in an ISA depends on individual circumstances. All tax rules may change. The value of investments can go down as well as up and you may not get back the amount you invest.

Please note that when transferring your ISA as cash you will be out of the market while your money is being transferred, so you could miss out on growth and income if the market rises during this time. However, there is also a chance that you will benefit if the market falls while your money is being transferred. There will also be a bid-offer spread on dual priced funds.
