You may qualify for the discount if you work for one of our partner organisations. There are a number of exceptions listed below.
The discount will be a 10% reduction in the Fidelity Personal Investing Service Fee. Please see our Doing Business with Fidelity document for full details of how the Service Fee is calculated and how it is deducted from your account.

*If you are an existing Fidelity Personal Investing customer already paying the reduced Service fee of 0.2%, and you opt for this further 10% discount, you will no longer be eligible for our Wealth service benefits. Furthermore, if you are already paying the reduced 0.2% Service fee, you will not be eligible for the 10% discount when there are household members with combined investments that qualify for the reduced 0.2% Service fee based on the value of your investments. However, when other household members would still qualify for the reduced 0.2% Service fee based on their own investments’ value, you will be eligible for the 10% discount and so your household members would continue to pay the reduced 0.2% Service fee and you would pay the lower 10% discounted fee.
You will not be eligible for the discount on any of your investments if:
- You have, or you open, a joint Investment Account with Fidelity Personal Investing.
- You are, or you become, the registered contact for a Fidelity Personal Investing Junior ISA or Junior SIPP.
The discount is not available on any Service Fee you pay to FundsNetwork for investments that you hold through an adviser.
You are only entitled to the discount while you work for one of our partner organisations. If you leave a job that entitles you to receive the discount, you will continue to be a Fidelity Personal Investing customer, but you will no longer receive the discount.
If you leave a job that entitles you to receive the discount and do not tell us within five days, we may recover the value of any discount you receive after your leaving date.
