If you have an unverified UK mobile number registered with us, then the next time you log in you’ll be prompted for a six-digit, one-time code. This will be sent to your mobile.

By verifying your number, you’ll have the option in the near future to:

  • Verify access on new devices via mobile
  • Verify actions on high-risk dealing on your account

Receiving the code

We’ll send you a text message with the six-digit, one-time code, which will last for 15 minutes from the point we send it. You’ll then have to enter the code where needed.

If your code has expired, select ‘Resend’ to request another.

If you’ve received more than one code, then use the most recent code we’ve sent you.
