Biography

Tammie Chan joined Threadneedle in 2012 as a portfolio manager in investment grade fixed income. She is focused on managing funds for institutional insurance accounts. Tammie started her career at PwC, Sydney. She was a consultant working on actuarial premium and liability estimates for insurers. Tammie then joined JPMorgan, New York, where she structured and traded rates and fixed income products for insurance clients and asset managers. Tammie has also worked on solvency 2 projects with Pembroke, a Lloyds agency. Tammie is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries Australia. She has a Master of Statistics and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.
