Mr. Chadha is a fixed income fund manager and the lead manager on all of Newtons high yield positions, as well as a member of the bond/FX and credit strategy group. Mr. Chadha has been employed at Newton Investment Management (North America) Limited since 2006.

Mr. Cunningham (born 1969) is the founder and majority owner of the firm with over 15 years of investment experience in challenging market environments including multiple bull markets and subsequent market bubbles. Mr. Cunningham began his career managing individual investment accounts using a long-only equity model for U.S. stocks, during which time the investment accounts significantly outperformed the S&P 500. This was his first demonstration of using cash as an investment alternative and valuable tool for risk management. In 2005, the individual accounts managed by Mr. Cunningham moved into a private fund that is currently managed by Cunningham Asset Management, LLC (CAM), a registered Commodity Pool Operator with the Commodity Futures Trade Commission. In 2006, Mr. Cunningham began the development of a new investment approach with a primary focus on risk management called Dynamic Asset Allocation. This investment approach was developed, optimized, and validated by CIM's research affiliate Algorithmic Solutions, Inc. and is the investment method used by CIMs InvestFlex strategies. Before starting his own investment management business, Mr. Cunningham spent two years under the tutelage of money manager and market wizard Ed Seykota*. Mr. Cunningham was featured in Futures Magazine and has been interviewed and quoted by the Wall Street Transcript on several occasions. Mr. Cunningham received a B.S. in Finance from Oklahoma City University and his MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno. He has served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Nevada, Reno providing instruction in the areas of corporate finance and portfolio management. He has passed the National Futures Association (NFA) Series 3 and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 65 examinations. Mr. Cunningham has been registered as an Investment Adviser Representative with the State of Nevada Securities Division since October 2009. Mr. Cunningham has also been registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and a member of the National Futures Association (NFA) as a Principal and Associated Person since June 2004. *Ed Seykota Market Wizard as quoted by Jack D. Important Information

The value of the fund and the income from it can go down as well as up so you may get back less than you invested. If your fund invests in overseas markets, changes in currency exchange rates may affect the value of your investment. If your fund invests in small and emerging markets, these can be more volatile than other more developed markets. Past performance is not a guide to future returns.
For funds that invest in bonds, please be aware that the price of bonds is influenced by movements in interest rates, changes in the credit rating of bond issuers, and other factors such as inflation and market dynamics. In general, as interest rates rise the price of a bond will fall. The risk of default is based on the issuer's ability to make interest payments and to repay the loan at maturity. Default risk may therefore vary between different government issuers as well as between different corporate issuers.

Some of the performance and risk data presented may start before the share class was launched. If so, the data prior to the launch date of the share class is based on the fund or share class that has similar or higher charges, in order to provide an indication of longer term performance and risk. Please refer to the launch date and performance start date in the fund factsheet to determine whether the data has been extended.Past Performance and Risk & Volatility figures are presented in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Fund returns are calculated on a Nav to Nav or Bid to Bid basis with income reinvested either after tax (for UK-domiciled funds) or gross of tax (for offshore funds). Performance figures include the effect of the OCF/TER. To cover distribution costs a separate service fee is now also charged on most funds, which is not included in the past performance figures. Consequently the past performance of the fund may be less than that shown on the chart due to the effect of the service fee.
