Rob joined Henderson in 2011, following Hendersons acquisition of Gartmore, as Director of UK Smaller Companies. Having initially started his career at Coutts & Co in 1986 working within the investment department as an assistant fund manager, he left in 1996 to join Singer & Friedlander where he continued to manage a large book of high net worth discretionary clients. Rob is a member of the Securities Institute.


Adam joined Henderson in 2011 as part of the Gartmore acquisition. Prior to this, Adam had worked at Gartmore for over a decade, and was appointed Head of the Gartmore UK Smaller Companies team in September 2010 with responsibility for all UK Small Cap Retail, Investment Trusts and Institutional mandates. Adam has a Bachelor in Politics and Economics, a PhD in International Relations, and is a HOLT CFR0I specialist with a particular interest in behavioural finance.
