Michael Ulrich is an Associate Director in the UK Equity Team, specialising in UK mid-cap investments, having joined the group in November 2005. He was previously at Deutsche Asset Management where he spent nine years in a variety of positions including UK Mid-Cap Company Specialist and Head of UK Media, Construction, Steel and Paper company research. He graduated from Keele University with a BA in Law and Politics in 1994. Michael is a CFA Charter holder.

Fund Objective The objective is to provide capital growth. The Manager seeks to achieve this by investing mainly in a spread of UK equities (ordinary shares in companies listed on theUKstock market). A large proportion will usually be invested in companies that form part of the FTSE 100 Index (the 100 largest companies listed in the UK). The Fund may also include investments in medium and smaller companies.
