The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing typically in a focused portfolio of high quality common stocks of large capitalization companies (market capitalisations greater than $10 billion at time of purchase) which are listed or traded on Recognised Exchanges in the United States of America and which, in the view of the Investment Manager, have a sustainable competitive advantage.
