Investment objective
The Fund aims to increase the value of investor's investment with low volatility versus the MSCI All Country World (Net Total Return) Index. It also seeks to deliver an income that is at least 25% more than the income produced by companies included in the index. The Fund will invest at least 70% in equities (and their related securities) of companies globally. The Investment Manager will choose investments which it believes offer attractive dividend yields in addition to price appreciation. It is not restricted in terms of size, industry, or geographical split. The Fund is actively managed without reference to a benchmark.

Our view

person-circle-filled

Why we like the fund: This fund invests primarily in companies across developed market regions such as the US, Europe, UK, Japan and Australasia. There can also be minor allocations to emerging markets. The fund is run by a meticulous investor, with long equity investing experience. He has an extensive pool of company researchers that can help guide his investments. His focus can, therefore, be on selecting the best ideas that the analysts provide. How to use the fund: This fund is a useful addition to any portfolio seeking a combination of growth and income. Investors will need to invest for the long term (ten years or more) and the fund should be seen as one of the riskier allocations within a diversified portfolio.
