Investment objective
To provide a portfolio designed to achieve income by investing at least 80% of the Fund’s assets in US equities in any economic sector whilst participating in capital growth over the long-term (5-10 years). At least 80% of assets invested in equities of companies that are domiciled, or carrying out the main part of their economic activity, in the US.

The JPM US Equity Income Fund is managed by Clare Hart and seeks to provide a portfolio designed to achieve income by investing primarily in US Equities in any economic sector whilst participating in long term capital growth.

There are three pillars to manager Clare Hart’s investment approach: quality, value, and a dividend yield of 2% or more.

Hart aims to minimise the fund’s volatility by buying quality companies which represent good value and pay strong dividends.
