Help with your browser

Browsers - such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox and Safari - are installed on your computer to enhance the way you enjoy the website you want to visit, and to offer you better security.

They usually need updating every once in a while, and the more up to date your browser, the better your internet experience. In addition, some browsers, such as Internet Explorer 8, are being permanently “switched off”. So make sure your browser has the latest available version.

We do not support the following browser versions and if you are using one of these you will need to update it.

  • Internet Explorer version 7
  • Internet Explorer version 8
  • Firefox version 47
  • Firefox version 48
  • Firefox version 49
  • Firefox version 50
  • Firefox version 51

If you use Chrome…
Chrome (Google’s browser) should automatically update itself to the latest version without you having to do anything.
If you use Mozilla FireFox…
Mozilla Firefox should automatically download updates and prompt you when latest versions are available to install.
If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer…
Microsoft updates Internet Explorer using its Windows update feature. If you do not have Windows automatic updates turned on, you need to update Internet Explorer on your computer manually.
If you use Microsoft Edge…
Microsoft Edge is tied to Windows 10 and, consequently, so are the updates. To update the Edge browser, you simply need to update your version of Windows.
If you use Safari…
If you have Apple updates turned on, Safari should stay up to date automatically.

You will need to visit the browser provider’s homepage and download the latest available version of the browser:
