Investment Solutions - without all the detective work FundsNetwork Investment Solutions is a comprehensive way of achieving your investment goals. At its core is PortfolioManager - a new range of risk-profiled unfettered multi-manager funds. It's also a way of working with your Adviser to establish your attitude to risk; creating an investment solution to ensure your needs are met; placing the investment in a suitable tax wrapper; and providing the ability to monitor and manage it. The four stages are as follows: 1. Risk assessment The idea of “risk” is often cause for concern, but without taking an element of risk in your investments you are unlikely to generate a sufficient return to achieve your goals. Understanding your attitude to risk will help you and your Adviser make better investment decisions. 2. Choosing an investment The results of the risk analysis will highlight a suggested asset allocation that matches your profile. You and your Adviser can then choose a fund from our range of multi-manager, risk profiled funds - FIL FundsNetwork PortfolioManager Funds: Defensive, Cautious, Balanced, Adventurous or Aggressive. Each of these is managed by Fidelity's experienced multi-manager investment team. 3. Choosing the right tax wrapper You can place the agreed investment into a range of fund wrappers, including an ISA or SIPP. You can also invest direct or via our offshore International Bond. For more information about choosing the right tax wrapper please speak to your Financial Adviser. 4. Monitoring and reporting To help with ongoing monitoring and reporting, FundsNetwork offers you and your Adviser a range of useful tools to monitor and track your investment. Your Adviser can also give you regular reports to keep you up-to-date on the investment's progress. |
