FIL FundsNetwork PortfolioManager Balanced Fund provides investors with a well-diversified spread of holdings with the aim of delivering capital growth and some income. Any income from the underlying investments will remain within the fund and increase the value of the share price.

Asset allocation

The fund will have around 60% of its portfolio invested in equities and 40% in other resources, to provide additional sources of return. The portfolio is made up as follows:

Balanced fund asset allocation - 30% UK equities, 25% developed markets equities, 10% global bonds, 5% emerging markets equities, 5% UK bonds, 5% commodities, 5% property
