Improved security for your account

To ensure the safety of your account and to protect you from identity fraud, we're introducing a two-step identity verification process that will be based on your Customer Reference Number and a PIN you set yourself.

Two numbers are all you need

Your CRN is the 10 digit number, starting with 100, which appears on your annual statement and valuation.

To set up a PIN visit  Account Management or call our PhoneXpress service on 0800 41 41 24 and follow the instructions.

If you have forgotten your PIN, call us on 08457 44 66 00 and we will reset it for you.

Great ways to manage your money

Once your PIN has been set - you will have access to all features and tools that help you make the most of your money. Our Account Management service and PhoneXpress service can give you quick updates about the performance of your holdings.

Remember that you'll need both your PIN and Customer Reference Number if you want us to answer any account-related questions over the phone or carry out transactions.
