Who can make investments?
  • An individual
  • An employer
  • A third party e.g. legal guardian

Initial Investment Amounts

  • The minimum regular payment is £300 a month or £3,000 a year
  • The minimum single or transfer payment is £10,000
  • Maximum controlled by the Annual Allowance
  • No maximum limit for transfers

How can contributions be made?

  • Single contributions
  • Regular investment
  • Transfer of Personal Pensions, Occupational Pensions and Stakeholder schemes - including existing Protected Rights transfers
  • Block transfers – schemes with more than 2 members with rights to protect

  • 'Quick Quotes' - containing a Key Features Document and illustration; or
  • Full quote pack - featuring all of the key documentation required to do SIPP business.
